Do not submit patient records, diagnoses, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information through a general website form unless Spectrum specifically provides an approved secure method.

- Deliver environmental services, infection prevention support, training, audits, and compliance documentation.

HIPAA and Healthcare Information
Spectrum is not a healthcare provider and does not independently make clinical decisions. When Spectrum receives protected health information on behalf of a covered entity and qualifies as a business associate, we handle that information in accordance with HIPAA, applicable regulations, the governing Business Associate Agreement, and the minimum-necessary standard.
Access is limited to authorized personnel with a legitimate service need. Suspected unauthorized access, use, or disclosure must be reported promptly to info@spectrumevs.com.
Safety and Compliance Records
We may maintain records related to OSHA training, Bloodborne Pathogen exposure-control practices, EPA-registered product use, CMS-related service support, hazard communication, PPE, regulated waste, incident response, facility floor plans, and emergency or fire-escape procedures. Access to this information is limited to authorized operational, safety, compliance, insurance, and legal purposes.
Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for service, contractual, insurance, safety, tax, regulatory, dispute-resolution, and legal purposes. No system is completely secure, but Spectrum uses reasonable safeguards and expects clients to provide secure access, accurate authorized contacts, and prompt notice of access changes or known security incidents.
